Town boss Paul Jewell says he could add to his squad before this afternoon’s 5pm loan deadline. The Blues manager, who dismissed newspaper links with the likes of QPR’s Rob Hulse and Cardiff’s Darcy Blake, hopes to see striker Ronan Murray join Swindon and Shane O’Connor move on to Northampton, while the likes of Luke Hyam and Tommy Smith could also make temporary switches.

Trialist Ryan Crisp has been named in the U18s squad for Saturday’s game at Fulham's Motspur Park training ground (KO 11am). The 18-year-old Kirkley and Pakefield striker, who scored four goals for the Ridgeons League Premier Division side in a 5-2 victory over Hadleigh United last Saturday, is spending six weeks being assessed by the Blues' youth set-up.
